Life’s still pretty wonderful at the Texas Shakespeare Festival.
For the 2017 holiday production, the local company will once again host a live radio play performance adapting “It’s a Wonderful Life,” returning Dec. 8-10 to the UpStairs Space in the TSF Center at 815 Houston St.
The play will feature TSF veterans Caitlin Cavannaugh, Micah Goodding, Stephen Shore, Matthew Simpson, and Meaghan Simpson.
According to the festival, “In this unique radio play version, the actors play multiple roles and use microphones in the style of a 1940s radio drama. This lively holiday adaptation is an inventive twist on a classic story, and will surely get you in the Christmas spirit.”
Seating is limited in the UpStairs Space, and reservations are required. Online ticket sales for the show will begin Oct. 15 with general admission set at $20 per ticket, available via texasshakespeare.tix.com.
