Colby Ryan Watson

Posted

Colby Ryan Watson was born on December 2, 1991 in Longview. Colby was the first born son to Rhonda and Shannon Watson of Overton. He attended Overton ISD and graduated with the class of 2010; from there he went on to work in the Oil and Gas Industry.

He married his high school sweetheart, Tisha Watson, on November 30, 2012. Together they had three beautiful children.

Colby was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his Harley and woodworking. He also had a passion for music of all kinds. He was quick witted, slow to anger and he loved to laugh and make others laugh. Colby touched so many lives in his short time with his kind, laid back nature... if you knew him...you loved him. Colby was a strong Christian and was not ashamed to share that with others. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Henderson and was a part of the Adult 2 Sunday School Class, where he and Tisha made many friends that were an extension to their family.

Colby Watson went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2018, his 27th birthday. He is survived by his wife, Tisha Watson, sons Ryan Watson (5) and Conner Watson (3), daughter Savannah Watson (1), and his precious foster son Baby Bentley (4 mo.) of Henderson; parents, Rhonda and Shannon Watson of Overton; younger brother, Reese Watson of Overton; grandmother, Mary Watson of Kilgore; grandparents, Louis and Sandy Ramos of Tatum, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family from the East Texas Area and beyond.
