KILGORE SENIOR CITIZENS club meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in the Lions Club Building at 307 Rusk St. All seniors 55 or older are eligible for membership.

THURSDAY

THE PRIMETIMERS, a senior adult choir of First Baptist Church of Kilgore, invites any senior adult who wants to sing Christian songs and enjoy fellowship, to join them on Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. in the choir room, located at the back of the church. Enter at covered walkway, go to second door on left. For more information, contact choir director David Berryhill at 903-984-3531.

FRIDAY

Holiday Food Fest, First Pentecostal Church, 516 Fritz Swanson, 11 a.m.-6p.m. Friday, Nov 16 or until the food’s gone. $8 includes vegetable beef soup or chicken and dumplings, salad, dessert, tea. Also available to go. Also frozen enchiladas, frozen cornbread dressing, frozen chicken spaghetti.

SATURDAY

MOUNT TABOR INDIAN COMMUNITY will have its Fall Picnic Meet and Greet on Saturday, November 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cameron J. Jarvis Library in Troup, 102 S. Georgia St. Descendants and enrollees of the Mount Tabor Indian Community and guests are invited.
