The family of Johnny Wynn Austin would like to invite family and friends to join them at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 13, at the Danville Cemetery for a time of remembrance of Johnny’s life.
He was born on October 22, 1949 in Kilgore and passed away on December 23, 2017 at his home in Kilgore. Johnny was the son of Dr. John C. Austin and Lanore Leach Austin.

After living in Pasadena, Nacogdoches and Austin, he returned to Kilgore over a decade ago.
Johnny was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his sister, Debi Moses and her husband Mike of Bullard; his brother, Larry of Kilgore; and two nephews and their families.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to charity of choice.
